Last Drip

Wade (Luke Goss) and his band of bounty hunters are sent out by Big Willy (Don Swayze) to find Mae (Chasty Ballesteros) and escort her to a safe place. But Wade and his team are not the only ones after her as Aguilar (Danny Trejo) also has his own men out looking for her. But when Wade and his team are forced to hunker down in a vacant motel in the middle of nowhere they discover that Mae is not all they think she is.

Hmm let me see we have this creepy woman who seems to come alive when things go dark and during the daytime takes to wearing a hoodie to cover her face despite it appearing to be hot. And then there is Aguilar a pasty looking Mexican who spends the day hooked up to a blood supply who like wise seems to get a boost of energy when the sun goes down. Can you guess what they are yet? I won't say because for so long this movie doesn't tell you seeming to prefer to think the audience is so stupid that they don't realise what Mae and Aguilar are.

In truth the supposed mystery surrounding Mae is all that "The Night Crew" has got as whilst it delivers some action and supposedly some relationship issues between Wade and his team neither is very good. The action has no real style to it and is pretty standard whilst the whole relationship side is dull. In fact the characters in "The Night Crew" are dull as well.

What this all boils down to is that "The Night Crew" is weak and a movie which seems to have one trick which is a mystery is not really a mystery. And sadly beyond that mystery there is little else as the action is ordinary as are the characters.
