L.A. based biotech company Geneti-Sharp has been at the forefront of scientific breakthroughs in recent years, helping thousands with their research and experiments. But now, with the use of flesh-regeneration technology, they have been able to do something that no one though was possible, they have brought dinosaurs back to life to create a new age of dinosaurs. But the CEO, Justin (Ronny Cox - Truth Be Told), along with his all his team soon discover that they can't control these prehistoric beasts when these regenerated monsters escape to terrorize L.A.
